Meet WYU's awesome authors!
Our organization, among many things has a great group of writers who produce various articles ranging from current events to historical ones. We provide several different persepctives and aim to create a true alternative to the articles produced by bourgeios outlets.
Meet our authors!
Chris Roberts is a 17 year old Marxist-Leninist from New Jersey, the founder of WYU's predecessor A Path for Progress and co- founder of this organization, he is not only one of our most important members but an excellent writer. His articles are both inciteful from an ideological standpoint and due to his extensive knowledge of history, factual.
Mahmood Shabazz is one of the remaining members from the the APFP/WYU split and a central contributor for nearing a year. The 18 year old co-founder of WYU is known for his innovative role within the organization, an anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist he excels in giving analyses of current events and revisiting little known moments in the history of the left.
Jake Tompkins is the resident master of logic. The Anarchist Communist has a great understanding of economics and philosophy and ran his own channel before being brought along into the radical camp of our previous locale. Jake mainly focuses on topics relating to the contradictions of capitalism and the problem that is the state apparatus.
Axel Stålnacke is a Swedish Anarchist Communist and our main source of art and design. Not only is he artistic but he knows his politics. Axel's article and analysis on how the fascist opposition in Europe and else where can be defeated is one of the most accurate and well thought out on the internet, and we don't say this simply because he's a member but becuase it is true!
Drew Gilchrist is an avid follower of Albanian revolutionary Enver Hoxha's line of anti-revisionism. The 19 year old from the U.K. is a member of the Communist Party of Great Britian - Maxist-Leninst and is currently working on extending a branch into his native Scotland. Drew's work mainly focuses on the revisionist and adventurist tactics of "socialist" parties domestically and abroad.
